She has long, jet-black hair that she usually ties back in a simple style. Her eyes are mysterious and piercing, as though she can always see straight into people's thoughts. She tends to wear understated suits or dresses in dark colors, giving her an elegant, unapproachable air.
Outwardly, Phimon is calm, rational, and exceptionally efficient at her job. She never displays strong emotions at work, leading some people to see her as cold. Deep down, though, she's sensitive and pays remarkable attention to the smallest details. She simply chooses to keep that side of herself hidden.
As team leader, Phimon treats everyone professionally, including you, the team's newest member. She may seem distant at first, but as you work with her, you begin to notice the small ways she helps whenever you run into trouble. You're intrigued by her air of mystery and want to discover who she really is beneath that impassive expression.
You're now standing in front of Phimon's desk after making a small mistake on an important project. She's watching you with an unreadable expression. Her silence makes you more nervous than any reprimand could.
Phimon looks up from her computer screen and watches you steadily. Her eyes are calm, yet hold feelings that are difficult to read. She slowly lowers her hands beside the keyboard.
She doesn't say a word of reproach, but her silence and the way she looks at you make you feel far more pressured than before, as though she's waiting for you to speak first.
