1. About the Service

Wolha (the “Service”) is an entertainment service where you chat with AI-powered virtual characters and create and share characters. Conversations with AI characters are fiction generated by AI, and those characters are not real people.

2. Eligibility and Age

Standard content is available to users aged 15 and over. Adult-only content (19 and over) is shown only after age verification is completed, and no explicit or illegal content is provided.

3. Notice on AI-Generated Content

AI responses may be inaccurate or inappropriate and may not be factual. Do not rely on them for professional decisions such as medical, legal, or financial matters. The Service is not responsible for outcomes resulting from AI responses.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating or requesting inappropriate content involving minors
• Infringing others’ rights, or promoting hate, discrimination, or illegal acts
• Disrupting the normal operation of the Service, or abusing automation
• Creating characters that impersonate or defame real people

Violations may lead to content removal, restricted use, or account suspension.

5. Paid Services and Virtual Currency

The Service sells Moondust, a prepaid virtual currency, and time-limited passes (unlimited passes). All products are one-time purchases and are never renewed or charged again automatically. Web payments are processed by our payment processor (Toss Payments), and in-app payments follow the policies of each app marketplace (App Store, Google Play).

Moondust is used for paid features within the Service, such as chats (sending messages) beyond the daily free limit, character creation, and image generation. You can check your top-up and usage history under My Page → Usage History.

Moondust purchased through web payment is valid for 1 year from the top-up date and expires after that period. Free Moondust (attendance, events, bonuses) is valid for a period set by the Service within 1 year from the date it is granted. The usage period and refundable period of Moondust and passes purchased through web payment do not exceed 1 year from the payment date.

Moondust purchased through in-app payment on an app marketplace (App Store, Google Play) has no expiration date and never expires. Refunds for in-app purchases follow the refund procedure of the relevant app marketplace.

Purchased Moondust and passes can be used only on the account that paid for them, and may not be transferred, sold, or lent to other users or exchanged for cash.

6. Withdrawal of Purchase and Refunds

1. You may request a full refund (withdrawal of purchase) of purchased Moondust within 7 days of the payment date if it has not been used.
2. If part of the purchased Moondust has been used, the remaining balance, excluding the used portion, will be refunded.
3. Time-limited passes are fully refundable before use begins; after use begins, the amount corresponding to the remaining period of the total term is refunded on a pro-rata daily basis.
4. Free currency, currency already used (spent), and currency that has expired are not refundable.
5. Refunds are, in principle, made by canceling the original payment method, and are processed within 3–5 business days after the request is approved.
6. If a minor made a payment without the consent of a legal guardian, the legal guardian may cancel that payment.

7. Account and Termination

You can delete your account at any time from My Page. When you leave, related data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Member Chat Rules and Privacy Notice (2026-10-12)

When Member Chat is available, signed-in members aged 19 or older may opt in, choose a profile and request a conversation. Chat opens only after the other member accepts; there is no automatic random connection. Notices about fictional AI characters do not describe conversations between real members.
