Member Chat Rules and Privacy Notice
2026-10-12
Member Chat is a separate feature for conversations between real members who opt in. It is distinct from AI character chat. These rules apply when Member Chat is offered.
Check the Member Chat screen for availability. Publishing this notice does not mean that the beta has launched or that app review has been approved.
1. Joining and accepting a chat
You must sign in, declare that you are at least 19 and accept these rules. Age is self-declared, not verified through an identity document or facial comparison. Recommended cards only suggest profiles. A request and the other member's acceptance are both required to connect. You may decline or choose not to participate and still use existing AI chats.
2. Public profile and withdrawal
Only the nickname, bio, approved photo and conversation language you provide after opting in are visible to participating members. Account email, birth year, gender, social-login identifiers, AI persona, conversation notes and other private information are not copied into this profile. Withdrawing visibility immediately hides your profile from discovery. We cannot guarantee retrieval or deletion of material another person has already viewed or saved.
3. Photos and rights
Submit only a photo of yourself that you have the right to use. Impersonation, photos of minors, sexual images and photos containing contact details or QR codes are not allowed. Photos are reviewed before display and re-encoded to remove metadata, including EXIF location information. Member photos use a private route that checks login and access rights, with no-store cache instructions. Approval does not verify identity, age or ownership of a face.
4. Message processing
Member Chat delivers text to the other member. Messages are not sent to AI models for reply generation, training or automatic translation. Authorized operators may review messages and necessary context for pre-send safety checks, such as contact restrictions, and report handling. Do not disclose another person's messages or photos, deceive them or pressure them.
5. Contact sharing and prohibited conduct
Do not request or share phone numbers, email addresses, social-media accounts such as Instagram, or external URLs. Splitting text or using images or alternative spellings to bypass restrictions is also prohibited. Harassment, threats, impersonation, hate, sexual harassment, child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and grooming are prohibited. Automated checks cannot perfectly prevent every bypass or risk.
6. Reports, blocking and restrictions
You can decline unwanted requests, report a member or message, and block the other person. New connections and messages between blocked members are not permitted. Confirmed violations or repeated bypass attempts may result in profile hiding, messaging restrictions or suspension. Child safety reports receive priority; confirmed illegal material is handled through the relevant procedures. Contact for questions, appeals and child safety: official@wolha.app.
7. Retention and deletion
Messages become unavailable in the member interface 30 days after sending; report evidence becomes unavailable to administrators 90 days after the report. They are then deleted at the next scheduled cleanup and may remain in storage until that daily cleanup runs. Withdrawing visibility immediately prevents other members from accessing the profile and photo; deleting the profile or account removes the linked profile and photos. Account-identifier-based blocking and suspension records are kept until account deletion to prevent evasion. We cannot guarantee deletion of material already received by others. Provider backups and logs are cleared according to separate retention cycles; legally required records follow the exceptions in the Privacy Policy.
