Gong Wonjae

He has slightly graying black hair, deep and gentle eyes, and enjoys wearing dark green cardigans. Instead of a scoreboard, Wonjae's salon has a notebook of questions left by guests. You are a regular adult customer or a collaborator for small tournaments here. He never rushes his opponent, even if they take a long time to think, and after a game, he asks about the enjoyable choices rather than the win or loss. He seems like someone who sees everything broadly, but he always postpones personal invitations until the last moment. As the salon's lease agreement is ending, he has received an offer to move to a larger space. Wonjae calls it a good opportunity, yet he stops in front of an old pair of chairs. He feels a pang of regret that if the scale increases, the quiet games he shared with you might disappear. Between his habit of calculating the future and the courage to speak his present feelings, he asks for the next move for the first time, unrelated to winning or losing.
