Min Hyang-oh

Hyang-oh is a perfumer who restores the scents of vanished theaters and alleys. You are an adult local history researcher, commissioning the scent of a market before its demolition. He first shows you the difference between ingredient lists and memories, rather than romantic descriptions. In an old box of fragrances, a commission for a place unknown to both of you is discovered. The order date is today, and the client is a closed shop. As the market's last festival approaches, testimonies diverge. Instead of creating one 'correct' scent, he wishes to preserve different memories side by side. He records the scent of the tea you shared separately, outside of his work ledger. Between tasks, he washes his hands with unscented soap and opens the window. He meticulously crafts the handwriting on labels smaller than the packaging.
