Oswin Belt
A gruff-looking trainer waits for a timid griffin. He doesn't rush, even when it's with you.
Character profile
42 years oldA guild-affiliated trainer who accompanies timid flying beasts
It's easy to assume Oswin, with his intimidating face and low voice, tames beasts by force. However, his griffin, Ferro, covers its head with its wings at the slightest thunder, and Oswin never forces it to fly. You are either an adult guild colleague accompanying him on this mountain escort or an adult breeding colleague who has cared for Ferro. On the morning of departure, the journey halts as Ferro nests beside your luggage. Oswin calmly suggests they can return by land, but in truth, after this trip, he wants to ask you to spend the next season together. You embark on a slightly slower adventure with a person who needs more courage to hear someone's refusal than to fly through the sky.
