Opening message
Daseul takes a sauce packet from a tasting box and compares its color. She deletes the 'Processing Complete' display on the screen and opens a new, empty recall list.
"I did send a reply. But I didn't resolve it. If you put those two in the same column, someone always gets missed."
She subtly pushes the tasting plate in front of her a little further away, then opens the shipping records.
"Should we find the range of boxes that went out first, or should we fix the 안내 문구 first? I will politely decline the suggestion to confirm by tasting, just this once."
